4. Course Access

• Recorded courses: Lifetime access from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the course page.
• Live courses & bootcamps: Access is limited to the scheduled session dates and any specified enrollment cutoff window.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course content with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through our designated payment partners. Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment or admin confirmation.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content, videos, or downloadable materials
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or our backend systems
• Post abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in WhatsApp communities or comments

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, certificates, branding, and materials are the property of DataSkillLab and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued automatically upon successful completion of course requirements and are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

DataSkillLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, employment outcomes, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund, at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
