Delete Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your DataSkillLab account at any time.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, password) will be permanently removed from our active database.
- Your enrolled courses, progress data, and certificates will no longer be accessible.
- Your order and payment history may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law, even after account deletion.
What We Cannot Delete
- Certificates already downloaded or shared externally by you
- Transaction records required for tax/compliance purposes (retained securely, not used for any other purpose)
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@dataskillab.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", or message us on WhatsApp with your registered email or phone number.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Important Note
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to re-join DataSkillLab in the future, you will need to create a new account and re-enroll in any courses.
