Refund Policy

At DataSkillLab, we want you to be confident in your learning investment. Please review our refund terms carefully before enrolling.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase AND before you have accessed more than 20% of the recorded course content.
- For live courses and bootcamps, refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Free courses, workshops, and bootcamps (no payment made)
- Courses where more than 20% of content has already been accessed
- Live sessions already attended
- Courses where a certificate has already been issued
- Promotional or discounted enrollments explicitly marked as "non-refundable"
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@dataskillab.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
In select cases — for example, technical issues on our end that prevented access — we may offer a partial refund or course credit at our discretion.
